- Non-Returnable Items
Final sale items, gift cards, customized products, undergarments, swimwear, bodysuits, and accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or color may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, subject to product availability.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
